Scott Ierley, President
Scott Ierley is the President of Raintree Services Inc. and started the company in April of 2012. Since the very beginning, Scott’s vision of treating customer and employees as family has been central to the business.
His expert work and leadership as president comes from 37 years of industry experience including backgrounds as a roofing mechanic, roofing foreman, sheet metal foreman, project manager and general superintendent.
Mitch Sterner, Vice President
Mitch Sterner is the Vice President of Raintree Services Inc. and has been with the company since its start in 2012. Mitch brings 18 years of industry experience to Raintree and showcases strengths in project management, disaster relief and rooftop snow removal.
Mitch participated in widespread rooftop snow removal logistics in the Northeast and was a member of the hurricane response efforts in Florida and Mississippi from 2006-2007 after the destruction left by Hurricane Katrina.
Justin Milesky, Vice President
Justin focuses specifically on the service and maintenance side of the roofing business. He works closely with our clients and service crews to ensure that we are taking great care of our customers' needs.
Joey Ierley has been involved with Raintree Services Inc. over the past 5 years in roles including roofing laborer, skilled sheet metal worker and his current position of project manager. Joey reflects Raintree’s mission of valuing customers, always putting them first and treating them like family.
His training includes Certa Torch Training, forklift training, Gacoflex Applicator Training and Carlisle Applicator Training. Joey loves all things outdoors including hunting, fishing, hiking and kayaking.
Lindsey Kennard, Office Manager
Lindsey Kennard has been the face of Raintree’s office since she joined the team in 2015 and ensures that all communication from customers and employees stays in order.
She is a graduate of York College and holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education.
